Terms of Service

These terms apply to flipohio.com and services offered under the FlipOhio™ name, operated by the FlipOhio team. By using the site, submitting information or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, scrape data without permission or attempt unauthorized access.

Inquiries and introductions

Submitting an inquiry does not create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary or professional-adviser relationship. FlipOhio may organize information and introduce parties, but users must independently evaluate properties, people, businesses, licenses, claims and transactions.

Paid services

The package, price and included work shown when you order control the purchase. Prices are one-time unless expressly stated otherwise. Work begins after payment is verified and all reasonably necessary materials are received. Stated delivery times are good-faith targets, not guarantees.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant FlipOhio a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit for formatting or clarity, reproduce and display that content as needed to provide and promote the purchased service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it.

Review, edits and removal

FlipOhio may reject, pause, edit or remove content that violates these terms or the Advertising Policy, creates legal or safety risk, or falls outside the offered service. Material changes to customer-approved advertising will be discussed when practical.

No guaranteed results

FlipOhio does not guarantee traffic, ranking, inquiries, leads, financing, property value, licensing status, deal completion or sales. Listings are advertisements from independent parties and publication is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. FlipOhio is not responsible for independent advertisers, buyers, sellers, contractors, third-party services or decisions made from user-submitted information. To the extent permitted by law, FlipOhio’s total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.

Governing law and changes

Ohio law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms for future use; material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
