Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

Before work begins

You may request cancellation for a full refund before FlipOhio begins reviewing, writing, designing or publishing your order.

If FlipOhio cannot accept the order

If we reject the order or cannot fulfill the agreed scope, you may choose a full refund for undelivered work.

After work begins

Because design, writing and listing preparation are custom services, payments are generally nonrefundable once substantive work begins. If only part of an order can be completed, we may offer a fair partial refund, replacement or service credit based on the unfinished portion.

After delivery or publication

Completed creative work and elapsed listing time are nonrefundable. If FlipOhio makes a material error, contact us promptly and we will first correct or replace the affected work. Removal requested by the customer does not restart or extend the listing term.

How to request help

Email leads@flipohio.com with the purchaser’s name, email, package and payment reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. The payment provider controls the time required for funds to appear.

Charge disputes

Please contact us first so we can identify the order and attempt a direct resolution. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Current service targets: complete $10 listings within 24 hours after verified payment and approved copy; first $25 ad drafts within 24 hours; first $75 kit drafts within 48 hours after usable materials are received.
