Advertising Policy

Every listing and advertisement is reviewed. Acceptance is not automatic.

Advertiser responsibilities

• Provide truthful, current and complete information.
• Advertise only goods, services or opportunities you own or are authorized to represent.
• Hold any license, permit, insurance or authorization required for the advertised work.
• Have permission to use every submitted name, logo, photograph, testimonial and other creative asset.
• Clearly disclose material limitations, pricing conditions and affiliations.

Prohibited content

We do not accept illegal goods or services; fraud or impersonation; stolen property; discriminatory housing or employment language; deceptive earnings or investment claims; unsafe instructions; malware; harassment; explicit sexual content; unauthorized personal data; intellectual-property infringement; or content designed to evade laws, platform rules or this policy.

Real-estate content

Advertisers must accurately describe their role and authority concerning a property. Do not imply that FlipOhio is the property owner, broker, lender, inspector, appraiser or legal adviser. Required disclosures and fair-housing obligations remain the advertiser’s responsibility.

Editing and enforcement

FlipOhio may request evidence, disclosures or revisions; correct formatting and obvious errors; reject an order; suspend publication while investigating; or remove content posing legal, safety, reputational or fraud risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in refusal of future service.

Independent verification

Publication does not certify an advertiser’s identity, credentials, workmanship, inventory, ownership, pricing or claims. Visitors should verify material facts directly before paying, signing or sharing sensitive information.
