This policy explains how FlipOhio, operated by the FlipOhio team, handles information submitted through flipohio.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, property or buying criteria, messages, listing content, business information and files or links you submit. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser data, request timestamps and security logs.

Public listing information

Fields clearly marked “public”—such as a listing title, description, city, business name and public contact—may be published for visitors. Private order and inquiry fields are not intentionally published.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and connect relevant parties.
• Review, create, publish and support paid listings or advertising services.
• Process and verify payments through the selected payment provider.
• Send transactional messages and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use providers that help host the site, store submissions, deliver email and process payments. These may include OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers, Resend, PayPal and, when implemented, AWS. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell private inquiry or order information. We may share information with service providers, with a party you ask us to connect you with, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, FlipOhio or the public.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through our forms.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information by emailing leads@flipohio.com. We may retain records when legally or operationally required. You may also request removal of public listing content.

Children and changes

The site is not intended for children under 18. We may update this policy as services change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
